Returns (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be returned in the same condition as received — unused and unaltered. As these are vintage timepieces, each watch is carefully photographed and documented prior to shipment, and any signs of use beyond initial inspection will be clearly identifiable.

If a returned item shows signs of wear, use, or damage not present at the time of sale, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a deduction.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Vintage Condition Disclaimer

All watches sold are vintage and will show varying degrees of age, wear, and character. These details are part of the watch’s history and are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Please review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Warranty

Selected watches include a 1, 6, or 12-month mechanical warranty. If a warranty is included, it will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

The warranty covers mechanical failure under normal use. It does not cover:

  • Water or moisture damage

  • Damage caused by drops, shocks, or impact

  • Improper use or handling

  • Incorrect setting of time or date (see below)

  • Normal wear and tear

Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.

Incorrect Time & Date Setting (User Handling)

Mechanical watches with a date function contain delicate components that are particularly sensitive during certain hours of operation. Most notably, the date-change mechanism is engaged during the late evening and early morning — typically between approximately 21:00 and 03:00.

During this period, manually adjusting the date or forcing the crown can place significant stress on the movement and may result in damage such as misaligned, stuck, or broken date wheels.

For this reason:

  • The date should never be adjusted during the restricted hours (approx. 21:00–03:00)

  • If the current time is unknown, always move the hands forward until the date changes to confirm you are outside the restricted period

  • Adjust the time first, then set the date only when the watch is safely outside the restricted period

Damage caused by incorrect setting of the time or date is considered improper handling and is not covered under warranty.

If you are unsure about how to correctly set your watch, we recommend contacting us before making adjustments.

Important Notes

Vintage watches are delicate mechanical instruments and should be handled with care. We strongly recommend avoiding water exposure and following proper setting procedures.
